Day 7 Behind the Scenes tour and Martini Bar

Final day on the ship before returning to Miami. The tour of the ship took about 2 hours. We learned a lot. On our final night we went back to see Rory at the Martini Bar. They sure put on a show.

He is responsible for making sure they have enough of everything needed for the cruise. He said on this cruise we were going through a lot of pineapple.

We were told that the appetizers are generally all prepared and ready to go 4 hours ahead of time.

They are hard to resist. Which one to choose is a sweet dilemma.

These fridges hold food for a set amount of time and after that they discard it. They make sure everything stays fresh.

This is a small sample of what they offer. They are all made and pre-sliced before being brought up to the dining venues. Everyone we had tasted wonderful

We got to visit the engine control room. They explained some of how things work. Also that this system is not connected to the internet.
I-95
This hallway runs the length of the ship. It's used only by the staff and is a very busy place. They refer to it as I-95 like the highway on the east coast of the US.
